Parts Specialist

We are currently recruiting for an experienced and customer-oriented Parts Specialist. As a family-owned dealership specializing in agricultural and construction equipment, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service to our customers.
In this role, you will be a key member of the Parts team, ensuring customers have the parts they need to keep their equipment operating at peak performance. You will support parts sales, inventory management, and the overall efficiency of the parts department.
 
Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional counter sales service to both internal and external customers, with a focus on accuracy and customer satisfaction
• Promote and merchandise parts and accessories to drive sales and enhance the customer experience
• Pick, pack, and prepare parts for customer orders, inter-branch transfers, and internal service requests.
• Keep the parts department organized, clean, and operating efficiently
 
Qualifications:

• Knowledge of agricultural equipment is considered a strong asset
• Previous experience with inventory control systems and basic computer skill
• Strong customer service skills and a passion for helping customers
